We had no idea how much fun making our own soap would be until we made the decision. It all began when we grew weary of shelling out astronomical amounts of money for chemical-laden creams and lotions that didn’t work for us. We therefore made the decision to act independently and create our own line of natural skin care products.

When we created soap for the first time, we felt like scientists combining oils and butters (just to name a few).  As we worked to bring the mixture to the proper temperature, we couldn’t help but giggle. We breathed with anticipation as we finally poured the soap batter into the soap molds.

We pondered all the various items we could manufacture as we waited for the soap to harden.  Face masks, body washes, and homemade lip balm were all possible. We even made jokes about becoming sudden billionaires by launching our own skin care company, but that never happened.

Nevertheless, the final product was always the best part, regardless of how many goods we produced. It had taken weeks for our soap to be ready for use. And let me tell you, it felt like absolute bliss to apply that handcrafted bar on our skin.  Why not attempt manufacturing your own if you’re sick of squandering a fortune on store-bought goods that don’t work?

Not only is it making natural soaps fun, but it’s also a great way to pamper yourself with natural ingredients Who knows, you might even discover a hidden talent for soap making – or at the very least, have a good laugh in the process.
